Nice hotel
The hotel and staff we're professional and friendly my only criticism is that there was a severe lack of options to cater for someone that is dairy intolerant. There wasn't any otions given by the staff or chef to accommodate either.

Makeup on an old lady.
Not the best way to start my honeymoon. Service was great, but they need to improve the rooms as much as they've improved the lobby. You can put makeup on an old lady, but she's still an old lady. Also, the first amenity listed is air conditioning, which is a lie. To quote the receptionist, 'We have central air, not air conditioning.' Which means on hot n' humid British Summer days, you're getting hot air blown around your room making it impossible to sleep. The cigarette burns in the curtains and cockroaches didn't help either. I almost slept in the fancy newly refurbished lobby as they seemed to have air...
