Would NOT stay again
I was told I could leave my luggage at the building reception if I arrived early and that the security guard would let me in the building early to store my luggage until check-in time at 4pm (I arrived at 3:15pm but they don't allow early check-ins unless you pay US$25). Well, I pressed the button at 3:15pm but the security guard wouldn't let me in and kept telling me to use my access code (which wouldn't work until 4pm). She was surly and v rude but, eventually, as I didn't leave, she got off her a** and opened the door for me. I texted Sonder and a rep came out and facilitated my luggage storage, although she was far from friendly. My first impression was that the lobby was dirty. When I got to the room at 4:10pm, the maid was still cleaning, but left within a few minutes. Unfortunately, the room was far from clean. The floor hadn't been swept/vacummed/mopped and there was a lot of debris on the floor (hair, dirt, dust, gunk, etc). Even the mirrors had stuff on them. It was definitely the dirtiest hotel room I've had in many years (and I travel a lot). Also, there was no air conditioning in the living room even though aircon was listed as an amenity on hotels.com and it was quite warm, so I didn't use the living room at all. Everything in the unit was cheap/cheaply made and was already showing its age. Thankfully, I did not have to use the earplgs or noise machine that are provided as the location is on a major road and I was on the other side.

While we loved the layout of the apartment, it unfortunately was not very clean when we arrived and was also very humid and stuffy (the remote for the AC was missing which didn't help). Staff was very helpful in getting us a new remote though. The front desk staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Our stay was amazing, the building was very nicely kept. The room we had was extremely nice, very much to our liking. The location was ideal, very much within walking distance to everything we needed. I would definitely recommend and if I ever come back to Mexico City I will surely be booking my stay here!

This is a fantastic space! We were overwhelmed by how nice it was. Often times the rental looks nothing like the picture, but that isn’t true in this case. It is a spacious and well appointed condo in a great neighborhood and everything is walkable! Can’t wait to return!!

I stayed two weeks in two different apartments. The first apartment was excellent. I had no problems with the unit or towels. The second apartment on the 9th floor water pressure was horrible and I had to stand in one place to shower. Reported the issue yet it was never fixed during my stay. One of the bathroom wash clothes was dirty and torn. I wet and luckily looked at it before using. It should not have passed quality control. Reported it and they never brought me a new wash cloth. This unit was not as expensive as the first unit but quality shouldn’t waiver when you’re paying for what they guarantee.

Pretty good
Pros: modern design, spacious unit, easy check in. Unit looked nice enough and fully functional. App communication is very responsive. Our patio was nice, and the rooftop is nice also. Laundry was relatively easy to do in the laundry room. Nice staff, very clean. Cons: they offer “artisanal” coffee which is really just nespresso, but they don’t provide enough pods for 2 people to drink one pod per day of your stay. I got more at one point (we were there 9 days), then asked again and they said I had reached my limit. I’d gotten 7 pods total for 2 guests. So, not even a shot of espresso per day, weird. They won’t provide new towels, you’ll have to wash them in the laundry room if you want more. The biggest thing we wanted and were surprised to not find was a safe, there is no safe in the room. Just something I sort of expect in any big city lodging. The building is right at the edge of the neighborhood, very walkable but the street itself is junky and not quite the cute area, and a little noisy. The finishes in the unit (“marble” tile / countertops) are a weird plasticy film so just really cheap in practice. A gym would be nice too.
