Great stay! Would book again!
Great stay. Lovely refurbished one bed apartment in a great location. We upgraded to the ‘superior one bed apartment’ which meant we had sun beds on our balcony instead of table and chairs. This was well worth it! Would stay again and highly recommend. Only thing to call out is there is no air conditioning which meant in August it was quite warm at night. I do think you can rent a fan from reception if needed.

Outstanding hotel. At the end of our stay was the coronavirus emergency. The staff were amazing in the way they organised their response and kept the guests in good spirits.

Like- My room was very spacious. Staff were nice and friendly always willing to help. Dislike- No aircon if needed... Breakfast was standard. Could go out for a nicer breakfast, which is what i did on occasion..

First time in Lanzarote, will return next year
Room lovely and big, bed a bit firm for me. Shower over bath which felt a bit slippy but was told by another couple they had a room with shower only. Great location to bars, beach, restaurants. Staff friendly. Breakfast nice but felt evening meal just ok. Pool area nice. Lovely and warm in the day, need coat at night. I would definitely stay there again.

clean, attractive apartments. Only booked self catering so no idea what the restaurant or pool bar were like. Liked the notice saying "if sun beds were left unused for more than half and hour, they could be taken over by other people", except that the rule was ignored by the lifeguard! Not a problem as it was February and the apartments weren't full.

The aparthotel was generally good, the staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was adequate although repetitive, wasn't quite sure how many times the ham and cheese had been brought out and taken back into the kitchen.The communal areas indoors and around the pool were clean and tidy. On the down side, the restaurant was a good walk away, mainly outdoors(blown away in a gale).The bathroom of our apartment was dirty, with mould on the tiles and a very ingrained shower tray. Our request to have the bathroom thoroughly cleaned resulted in the corners being given an extra wipe. The patio windows were filthy, inside and out, including in between the double glazing (seals broken down) and it gave the whole room an unclean and shabby vibe
