The hotel was well located for our visit which was for an event at the convention center. The room and beds were comfortable but the heating/cooling system was very loud and turned on and off throughout the night interrupting our sleep. Also, the hotel was conducting tests of their smoke alarm system during one day of our stay. They gave plenty of warning about this which was helpful but they neglected to mention that the elevator would be out of order during the testing. I am recovery from a severe knee injury and ended up having to walk down 10 flights of stairs in order to get to my event on time on the day that the elevator was not working - which was very difficult. Luckily I did not have any need to return to my room before the elevator was working again - I would not have been able to climb the stairs.

Lovely room. The only issue I had was paying $35 a day to park in the hotel lot

They don’t clean rooms daily.
We stayed for 4 nights and ZERO room service! That’s unacceptable along with the surprise $35 a night for parking.

Terrible couches in rooms.
Marriott put new couches in the rooms of this hotel that are terribly uncomfortable - so deep that it's impossible to sit back and put your feet on the floor. And now there are no coffee tables in front of the couch so there's no place to put snack and drinks while watching TV. Also the new "artwork" in the rooms is just plain ugly.
