Pleasant stay at Resident Inn
The hotel was clean, I loved the kitchenette and the room amenities. The hotel was a little worn around the edges and could use a refresh. All in all, I definitely would stay here again.

Fantastic hotel with minor problems
Great location and first class service. Every time I talked to staff, they were wonderful. This hotel could not be in a better midtown spot. The room was big and had an amazing view. Our only gripes were the shower, which could never keep a stable temperature, oscillating between scalding and lukewarm, and the breakfast buffet, which had pretty mediocre offerings all around. Overall, though, I’ll happily look forward to staying here the next time I’m in NYC!

Great hotel. Full breakfast. Everything you could ask for. Friendly hotel staff. Great location. The elevator keys are required in the elevator for the higher floors, that system is faulty, otherwise, no complaints.

A gem in the city!
Hotel is in a great location - even though “Times Square” is in the title, it is a bit removed from it. Wondering bakeries within two blocks, as well as great coffee shops and grocery stores. The Subway is literally across the street. The staff are extremely professional and very accommodating. Rooms as spacious, comfortable and very clean. I would not hesitate to stay again.
