Not very clean and I only stayed one night but was disturbed 3 times, once by someone delivering chocolates, once by someone checking the mini bar and once by a cleaner banging on the door when my room wasn’t due to be cleaned. I didn’t therefore feel I had very much privacy for a one night stay. Also the shelves in the bathroom were dusty, the drains stank and there were other peoples hairs still in the shower.

Holiday Hotel not great for a business stay
Hotel was very busy. Breakfast buffet was very good. Didn’t eat dinner cos did not want a buffet. Got an upgraded room which was nice. Being a holiday style hotel, in-room business facilities were not great but not a negative overall. Staff and service were great.

From the moment we entered the hotel and throughout the stay we were made to feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff The room was very clean and comfortable, the pool area had enough sunbeds available for the time we were staying. The restaurant food was excellent with a buffet style variety of foods and catered for different tastes. Had to check out the desert counter!! There wasn't one meal that we didn't like. The hotel was walkable to the town centre where there were also many places to eat and drink, also walkable to Los Americanos. The hotel cat certainly made himself at home and wasn't phased with the coming and goings, he blended in with the lobby area
