Hotel Dolomit, Munich

Very convenient location. Just a half block from main train station. Check in was quick. Wi-Fi worked well in our room. Our room was was a triple (3 single beds). Room was modern, clean and comfortable for 3 adults. Street noise was my biggest complaint . Very noisy and made it difficult to sleep

I stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is very conveniently located near the main train station (a 3 minute walk). That said, the area around it is very busy with people and traffic. Some of the rooms are located looking into the street level. There is a busy strip club a few doors down to consider if you are a light sleeper. The doors to hallways were not soundproof and you can here people walking and talking in the hall.The room conditions were OK but not the best. There were stains on the carpet, but the bathroom was clean and the bedsheets and towels appeared to be clean. If you are planning to come to Munich for Oktoberfest, this is a hotel is in a great location. I would stay here again because my essential necessities were met and the convenient location, but warn travelers who may be more picky...

It was pretty disappointing. The room was cramped, noisy (shut window is okay but no A/C) and it was like sleeping in a train compartment bunk. It was clean so that was a positive. A lady staff person at check in needs to know to give guests attention before chatting and needed to show more professionalism. The area is not pleasant at all! I didn’t feel safe as a solo woman traveler. I wouldn’t suggest or stay here again.

Great location, close to Octoberfest and central munich

We stayed here for a quick overnight in Munich waiting for our flight the following day. It was very centrally located in downtown Munich near the metro station. The room was simple and no frills but the shower pressure was A1. The hotel itself is pretty small and was probably an apartment complex in a past life. Nothing too fancy but I’d stay again simply for the location, the receptionist at check in was very friendly. The one at night was quite rude when I stopped in because our card wasn’t working.
