very convenient location
I stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is very conveniently located near the main train station (a 3 minute walk). That said, the area around it is very busy with people and traffic. Some of the rooms are located looking into the street level. There is a busy strip club a few doors down to consider if you are a light sleeper. The doors to hallways were not soundproof and you can here people walking and talking in the hall. The room conditions were OK but not the best. There were stains on the carpet, but the bathroom was clean and the bedsheets and towels appeared to be clean. If you are planning to come to Munich for Oktoberfest, this is a hotel is in a great location. I would stay here again because my essential necessities were met and the convenient location, but warn travelers who may be more picky...

Good but beds need some improvement
Overall, it was ok, the breakfast was on their fancier "brother hotel", and it was amazing! totally worth it. Service was good as well, very friendly personal. The room was ok but not great, the was bed was super uncomfortable and the pillows were so soft they were almost like nothing. I asked for pillows the second night, and they totally forgot about them, and by the time we came back it was too late and the receptionist couldn't help us with this request (quite disappointing). I cannot say it was a bad choice, cause the price was quite cheap compared to other places around, however, I probably wouldn't recommend it to a friend.

Poor 2.0
The photos shown on the internet are deceiving, as the smaller solo rooms are not shown. When asked if they had a full cable tv package with American channels, they lied and said yes when they did not have any American channels. No air conditioning. When it rained you had to choose between sweating with the window closed or getting wet. I moved the bed across the room, a whole foot, and still got rained on. During a five night stay, the room was only made up one time, on the second day, but they never gave me new sheets or towels. Once when leaving the room, the maid's cart was even across from my door, with the "clean room" sign showing, as always, but still, no service. The elevator was off on check out day. The location was convenient as being close to the train station, but the street was lousy with beggars.

Fair 4.0
Disappointing stay
It was pretty disappointing. The room was cramped, noisy (shut window is okay but no A/C) and it was like sleeping in a train compartment bunk. It was clean so that was a positive. A lady staff person at check in needs to know to give guests attention before chatting and needed to show more professionalism. The area is not pleasant at all! I didn’t feel safe as a solo woman traveler. I wouldn’t suggest or stay here again.

Poor 2.0
I have booked 5 nights with this hotel & paid decent amount of money even though it was off season & I made a mistake, it's horrible hotel with smallest room of the world and it did not even had a proper lightning in the room. The room was the size of bathroom & not to ask for bathroom size :( Hotel is very next to hauptbahnhof which is the only plus point otherwise it have all minus points in an all; Staff- does not understand at once, Room- Smaller than bathroom, TV- no english channels, Window- BIG WINDOW but you can't remove curtain as the next hotels' bar is just opposite, Room Lights- equal to candle light. Please avoid this hotel totally and i'd recommend you choose any other hotel than this in Munich, there are much better hotels available ( 6th night I stayed in much better hotel at lower price than here)!
