Clifton house your apartments
Struggled to cook own food, kitchen didn’t have frying pan or a wok even thought it was stated to be self catering, microwave was faulty and there was nothing provided to wipe down surfaces. My second experience of your apartment in Bristol and I won’t be staying with them again. From experience the bigger services accommodation firms are by far the worst and are to be avoided. This apartment is in a prime location in Bristol, just disappointed the service wasn’t as good as location.

Clifton house stay
Location is very good. Apartment is clean. But it’s a studio flat. It was noisy during our stay. The laundry room had only 1 washing machine and hence it was always busy.

Great property, we stayed in the elite apartment which is stunning! Great space for a couple. Perfect location, great tv, good amenities and the cleaning staff were so friendly! It’s perfect for a short stay however the building could do with some soundproofing - you can hear through the walls which isn’t too bad however we had a particularly loud all male stag/party stay at the same time so ringing our flat bell at 5am wasn’t great!

This property was COMPLETELY misrepresented. We thought we were getting something like the picture and we got a cupboard. We were told on the day we could not park there. We were asked if we wanted the bed settee made up - there wasn’t one!
We turned up went into a room with a double bed shoved into the corner and two wicker chairs and tiny kitchenette. I had rung in advance to confirm the room - and was assured that we had a spacious studio apartment.
This was BLATANTLY untrue - so we did not stay there. We moved to the Novotel in Bristol - where you get exactly what you expect.
The price is TRUELY OUTRAGEOUS for what it is.
Given we were there for our daughters graduation and thought we were treating ourselves we could not have been more disappointed! ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL!

Fantastic location. Room was all we wanted. However although had tea and coffee making facilities, 2 coffee bags between the people just was not enough... I couldn't even have my morning cup of tea.. Its the little things that make a stay and the first time I've stayed somewhere where there has not been excess tea and coffee..or indeed here no tea 🙁. Other than that a very comfortable stay and I will consider using again, but I'll be bringing my own tea and coffee. 😊

Good quality apartments
Good room with kitchen area all to a high quality. On site parking available (and necessary as on road parking in Clifton is a nightmare). Parking bays are a bit small though.
