Fab hotel. Highly recommended
6 night stay in April. Fantastic hotel. Lovely staff, rooms great, comfy beds. The hotel is up a hill but if you like walking then its a good daily workout. Very good value for money. Would definitely return.

Good hotel
The property is nice, the staff was very nice (with one exception), and the overall experience is something I would recommend. Special recognition to the hostess, servers, and staff in the kitchen, fab service! The only downside - is the lifeguard on duty - such a mixed message from him, and such an inconvenience. He kept on insisting kids can not use floaties (or balls that the hotel shop sells!) in the heated pool, and kept on saying they can do it in the kid's pool (which was cold), also during the daily workouts from around 11 AM, he kept on asking people to move around, while ignoring his main job which was to make sure everyone is safe. During the workout, I was in the pool next to the one with people jumping and kicking, and was called out that it is adults only (we were the only two people in the pool - I and my 20-month-old baby)! I did try to have a conversation with him stating that while I appreciate good rules and safety I will not put my child in a cold pool. I am not sure if he understood my constructive feedback.

We’ve just got back from our holiday and already miss this hotel. The staff were friendly, attentive and welcoming. The hotel it’s self is beautiful, very clean, there’s a selection of cold and warmer swimming pools and of course the spa. Do how ever check the location- as expected with everywhere in Tenerife, it’s a decent hill to walk up from the beach/ local shops, how ever the hotel does offer timed beach transfers.

The suite was fabulous, pool areas better than shown on website. Only thing that let it down was the food. Breakfast was great but not lunch at the pool restauarant nor dinner at the BBQ buffet dinner we went to.Then we ate outside of the hotel.
