WORST Stay at a hotel EVER
Arrived at 4 in morning. Night Clerk was not friendly. Asked about a late check out and he said to ask the next shift. Tried to call down 2 times at 4:04 and 4:10 am for internet issues (I had work to do), and no one answered the phone. The bed was EXTREMELY soft. While getting ready in the morning to take my daughter for a visit at the local college, the electricity went out. No emergency lighting in the hallways - we were on 3rd floor. Day staff said I could have a late check out at 12 noon (late?), but electric wasn't due to come back on until 11:30 am. Basically stayed 5 hours for the coast of a regular night - with no offer of a discount for all the inconveniences.

Issues with securiry
The stay was ok. The front was under consteuction. The desk people were friendly and very helpful. The room doors did not close and lock unless you SLAMMED them. It was loud starting around 6am with all the SLAMMING of doors. I lockes my door by slamming it and shook it before I went out. When I came back my door was open, about 6 inches. No o e was in the room and it had not been made up. Turns out maid went in and left and did nkt slam door so it did not close and my room was open to anyone who felt like walking in. The back door to the hotel was broken and did nkt lock or have a locking mechanism. Anyone could walk in off the street from the back.

The water pressure was good. There was a fridge and a microwave. The room was not clean. There was fingernail clippings all over the floor, a smashed dead cockroach on the ceiling, we pulled out the bed and there was cokroach feces along the base of the headboard. If they have housekeeping then they need new housekeepers. If the room was clean like it's suppose to be this would have been a great stay otherwise.
