Stay away from this “hotel” This is the worst hotel we have stayed: 1- The heating does not work , in reality none of the rooms has it. if you ask for some bedclothes they don deliver those to your room you have to get them at the front desk. 2- The breakfast is bad: it was open 1.5 hours late and with half the options missing. Check the plates as they are not clean. 3- And buy water before you get there because the hotel will charge you $10, us dollars. A bottle.

Staff is friendly, professional & efficient. Timely airport rides. Excellent stay for an early flight. My minor discomfort was not having air conditioner, Mty is very high in humidity, so when is time to rest is uncomfortable. I was explained by front desk that they only use a ventilation system just for circulation due to the change in weather. I’m assuming that if it’s not in the 90’s they won’t use their air conditioner. You don’t have individual control if the thermostat due to this. This is not a negative comment for Ibis, is just and FYI in case this is important to someone (like it is for me) 😊
