Very spacious 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom townhome that is 1/2 of a duplex

1/2 block to the beach very walkable
- High 14 foot ceilings
- Extremely large kitchen great for family & kids
- Very small backyard that we do allow BBQ as long as you clean
up/bring your own
- Washer/dryer in garage
- up to 8 people allowed. King in master bedroom, 2 singles in 2nd
bedroom, pull out couch as double in living room. Queen sized airbed
provided in closet with sheets & pillow.
- WIFI/cable & flat TV

-Our Blue Siren House is located with Public beach access is not even
half a block away.

-Outdoor shower by garage for easy sand toy clean up

-Fully equipped Kitchen all you need for meal prep

-Lots of space to spread out. Part of a side by side 1 level duplex.
Owner rarely uses other side and it is not a rental.

-1 level ground floor no stairs

-Room for 2 cars

-Super high ceilings

-Super clean inside

-BBQ allowed (in small back yard or small side yard (we do not provide
and you must clean up)

We do rely upon Spectrum Cable/Internet for the high speed wifi.
