Location is GREAT! JUST the room is old and dark. Not enough lighting in the room except bathroom. All staffs ARE extremely helpful and responsive. No refrigerator but i asked the receptionist to put some milk for me in their refrigerator. It was no problem

Exceptional 10.0
Excelent location. The bus from and to the airport is just a few steps. The Ramblas and other major touristic attractions are at walking distance. It's no fancy but is clean and comfortable.

Hotel staff were great. The single rooms were small as expected but clean. The beds were okay for the one night stay but could be more comfortable. The location was smack-dab in the middle of shopping and restaurants. Also, it was close to the train station. Overall a good hotel.

The only good thing was the location. The rest is very poor. Old and needs a major renovation .

Convenient location
AC was a portable unit and not so good at cooling. Hotel was in most convenient location. Make sure you get a street view with balcony.

Lame hotel - The best of the Worst!
I arrived late on May 15, Nouria was mainly in charge of my checking in, she was very cooperative & nice to upgrade me to a bigger room cause the single bed room I booked by mistake had no window to the outside. They have no central system AC for aeration. Let me describe to you my room: - mattress old, I could feel the metal, I had to ask for extra pillows to put underneath me. - shower handle was broken and they never fixed it. Even when I had “Do not disturb” sign the cleaning staff still start cleaning rooms very close to my room at 8 am making noise. I did let the front desk know and they managed to not start cleaning the rooms that are close to me. Location of hotel is central. On Friday night I came back to my room with a friend, I was very surprised by Albert’s rude remark concerning my friend staying over at my room. He said it twice that my friend can not sleep over at my room cause I booked a single bed even though he knows I got upgraded by Nouria to a double single bed. So disrespectful. Anyway my friend was not gonna sleep over. This hotel count who goes up and down. They ask you for your key when you leave the hotel. They ask each person coming in questions and lock door claiming it is for our security. It felt like a hostel or prison. Emailed manage so they offered a free breakfast. Insects found in my room, killed 4 took a pic and showed Nouria she was defensive and told me I keep complaining since I arrived. They sprayed my room. #badhotel

terrible disappointment
I booked one room for 2 people and paid extra for that. I got a room for one with one twin bed and they showed me the invoice for the down graded room which was $40 less. I was the smallest room that I have ever seen. Nothing like the images on We had to pay for a second room.

Simple but Great Location
The hotel location is perfect! You honestly can’t stay in a better location for easy access to all the sightseeing buses, tours, Las Ramblas, etc. The only downside is it’s very loud at night. The hotel itself is just fine, very clean but very simple. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! One warning DO NOT do the breakfast. I couldn’t believe how ridiculous it was. It’s literally just croissants, cereals and yogurts - I thought it was complimentary at first and then I was charged 20€ at check out for one person for one breakfast. For reference next door a cafe had the same spread with coffee for 5€. Overall can’t beat location and friendly staff makes it a fine choice if you are traveling in a budget.
