Family vacation
It's a wonderful place to stay. From front desk to room service are very nice. Bellhops are very nice and helpful. The out door swimming pool is clean . I would say this is a excellent hotel for vacation. I will come back again for next time.

the property could do well with a thorough renovation; some outlets could be over priced even per Thai's gourmet standard; Thai staff is always friendly and helpful, but the bell service could be another matter - never clearly indicated if the taxi caught could be running on meter or up to individual bargaining (guess it's part of the Thai taxi culture).
