I can definitely say this resort stay was nothing less than a dream the views are beyond amazing the staff was more than helpful they literally waited on us hand and foot there was plenty enough food, drinks and activities to do you will not be disappointed with this resort. cost efficient as well. My only complaint was the room that i paid for wasn't the room I was placed in. I paid for beach front romance suite and was giving the total opposite. so only suggestion is to make sure you are giving the room you paid for and not placed in any room that's available I guess

Property is good, overall amenities are nice but service is pretty terrible and food is not good at all. From the moment I got there the luggage guy was rude, I was going to a wedding there and I was late already so I asked him if I could just take my luggage with me so I could get ready quickly and he said “No, we have process to follow bla bla” and he wouldn’t let me. Then at the restaurants we were barely able to have dinner at one of them that was open, there were huge lines everywhere and lots of open tables, so not sure what that was about, they made it very difficult for us to have a nice dinner and the buffet food is terrible so was trying to avoid that. If you’re going and want to have a good experience, stay somewhere else, there’s plenty of other good resorts with great service out there.

Not bad for this value. Not much entertainment, every day same activities - cooking classes and yoga. Huge lines everyday to get to the buffet, no reservations for restaurants so the lines were even bigger. Annoying employees who always trying to make extra $ on you by selling different services. Every day they tell you different price for the same thing, we got cabana for the whole day and price was from $60-90 depending on who you ask lol))) Overall experience ok.
