Very Good8.0
Nice hotel, great staff.
The hotel was very nice however for the money it would be nice to see a fridge in the room and a better tv. Neighbors were noisy (thin walls) and doors slam. The staff was very nice and helpful. If you need to go to the adjoining malls, use the sky bridges that way you don't have to deal with the homeless that love to congregate without intervention. The restaurant is overpriced but good.

Room temperature didnt work, kept waking up because it was hot. My boyfriend proposed during our stay, they delivered the rose petals before we got there, when they were supposed to show up as a surprise to me after we returned from dinner. The room was nice. The staff was nice just some minor inconveniences.

Anniversary getaway
We loved the hotel and location. There are so many things within walking distance of the hotel. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, but overall we would love to stay again, and it was a perfect room to celebrate our anniversary.

The Conrad is an amazing hotel, with a great location and an outstanding staff. The attention to detail, customer service and amazing features made our stay a fantastic one. The rooms were clean, the staff always greeted us, offered helpful travel/ restaurant tips and even offered a pillow menu to order from to make our stay better. I can not say enough good things about this hotel and we will be back.

Everything was great. We were there for the Pacers-Jazz basketball game the night before the game. Everything was wonderful with the exception of one security guard who threatened to make my aons leave the lobby while waiting for autographs from players. They were already given approval and given instructions to let the players come to them and not run up to the players (which the boys did). Then I guess it was shift change and this new security guard came and tried to run the entire the point that front desk staff told the boys they were fine. This guy needs a new job. Everyone and everything else was awesome!
