Motel from Hell!
The room was dirty, lacked amenities. When given a hair dryer at the desk because not equipped in the room, the dryer didn't work. No shower bar. Bathroom sink handicap level was difficult bending over to use. TV in my assigned room was broken. I was told that at check-in. I had to ask for another room that had a TV. Then only 6 TV channels available none appealing. No coffee maker in room. Coffee in lobby 8-10 am only. Noisy all night. Worse experience - ever!

I was required to make a $100.00 dollar damage deposit. I was also told I was in a remodeled room. I spent the first 10 minutes in the room photographing all the damage I saw. Most of it looked like construction damage. There wasn't a light next to the bed so I had to walk in the dark from the door where the light switch was to my bed. There wasn't a place to hang my clothes. I was there for a Memorial service so I had nice clothes with me I didn't want wrinkled.

See above, very poor facility.
Very substandard hotel. Generally rundown, shady people around, poor service, not a place for any one person to stay let alone any family. Smelled like cigarette smoke, marijuana and urine. I wanted to check out after the first night and asked for a refund of the remaining 3 nights. You ( hotels.com ) asked them on my behalf, they refused. I recommend you NOT host this facility on your website as it negatively impacts your reputation.

I didn't expect to be robbed. I booked 5 nights 3 rooms. On the fourth night (24 hours before according to the law) I canceled the fifth night for health reasons. I requested a credit for 3 rooms. Expedia confirmed the cancellation. Not only did I not get my credit but they charged me for 3 more nights when they didn't sleep there. Worst service. I suggest everyone not to approach this hotel. Better to sleep on the street..

when I booked, the picture of the pool was okay, when we arrived the pool was terrible. Said closed for the season, it is May. When is the season? The mattress was too hard and there was yapping dogs locked in the room down the hall. I realize you are renovating, but I would not recommend this hotel!!

Not ready for guests
The hotel is under new ownership and are currently updating. The staff was friendly. The room had been painted with new furniture and TV. However, there was no hair dryer in the room, the hotel phone did not work, the shower dripped. The pool was green. The ice machine worked but had flooded the floor which made the halls smell. They did serve sweet rolls and oatmeal for continental breakfast and coffee and tea. Our keycard was inactivated when we still had another day to stay. Location is good, maybe when restoration is completed it will be nice. They shouldn't charge full price for a hotel not ready for quests.
