Poor
Old, bad smelling and not nice service at receptio
Terrible condition. Smell of cigarette smoke in hallway. Smell of mold and damp in room. Picture of room in application and website us completely deceiving. Does not match reality at all. I ended up not even staying there. Lost my money and they refused to reimburse.

Great hotel, great neighborhood!
My husband and in were so impressed with Hotel La Casona! The neighborhood was amazing in La Roma, on the same street as many noteworthy restaurants. The area was extremely safe and very walkable! We also enjoyed the charming style of the hotel (wood floors and turn of the century feel)! We were very impressed with the breakfast as well, when the information said "breakfast included," we had no idea we would have an option of so many authentic Mexican breakfasts! All-in-all, we would absolutely come back to Hotel La Casona!

The most underestimated place to visit a must do
The huge breakfast was delicious not only do they give you a buffet to eat from but then they let you order from a hot menu. The staff is so nice a real artist place I will be back

Reto hotel
This is not a luxury Hotel or even close to that. However is an old fashioned hotel, which take you back on the time and that is a very nice experience. If you want to take a taste of edge of 1940, you will enjoy the experience.
