Dreams!!!, Nightmare... Property was not ready for opening, first three days we had some much moisture on our room floors, we had to put down beach towels to absorb it. The restaurants were very slow service and not open often, only 1 out of 3 at night. The elevator to our building was down 4 out of 7 days, and we were on the 4th floor. The pool was closed for a half day for "photo op". The gym and spa are actually part of their sister resort next door. They however did not make arrangements for the wifi user and password from dreams to operate at these locations. We asked about a room service menu and were told to use the QR code in our room, that was non existent. Had to call several nights for towels and TP that were not restocked. he room keys stopped working one day and had to walk down the 4 flights of stairs and across the property in the rain to have them reprogrammed. The pool staff were great, and we ate at the market cafe at Seascape several times, much better service and open when needed. I'm sure they will give some excuse that they just opened, however I contacted them several times before hand and was assured they were ready.

The rooms that were open were brand new, clean and large. Rooms are not soundproof. Once the full resort opens there will not be enough room for everyone to eat, go to the pool or have a beach chair. Service was super slow but friendly. Nothing to do in the evenings but by the time you finish dinner its super late anyway.
