Very good deal, especially for New Orleans these days. But don't expect luxury - just comfortable clean accommodations , great location, & friendly staff. Fridges and microwaves in all rooms is a nice touch, though personally I'd prefer a coffeemaker or electric kettle. Have stayed many times and will continue to do so.

Decent room, good location, lukewarm shower
The room was pretty decent except that it seemed like it was in the middle of being renovated...there bits of exposed drywall in a few places. My biggest complaint, however, is that the water was not hot enough. It was barely warmer than lukewarm, just warm enough that you could tolerate it but not hot enjoyable. The courtyard area is nice. The location is pretty good; close enough to walk to the French Quarter and neighborhood bars and restaurants.

Nice little hotel
I went November 17 and it was freezing cold. My room was room 100 and it didn’t have a heater. Luckily I brought a extra thick warm blanket. Breakfast was good. Location is fine and not too far from bourbon street. Uber was about $6 dollars a trip.

340 for one NIGHT is not worth it!!!!
No hot water in one room moved to a second room no tv service was never fixed. The room was dirty under the beds, cleaning person left a cleaner in the bathroom for MOLD! I paid 340 for one night to sleep 6 people and 2 children. The feel was great but I was disappointed. I would stay there again if the accommodation were better. I mean really who comes to NOLA to watch TV not me but my elderly mother did.
