Cutest spot with the best AC and modern furnishing
The place was in this up and coming area of San Juan with a great bakery down the street, cute little restaurants within a walk, and easy to get to and affordable with Ubers. The loft was fantastic. Toilet was really close to the wall but we just turned to the side. I would like to suggest maybe putting more hooks up for towels and bags and then other then that everything is perfect. Staff was very communicative and very helpful. The co-op area with the water machine to fill up bottles and coffee machine were clutch. Everything was always filled and fresh. Our room was ice cold with the most amazing air conditioner. Water was hot easily and it was a great stay.

Good location & room
Good location. Store dowstairs, as well as a bar. 2 mexican restaurants around the corner. Cafe & bakery down the block. Within walking distance to Old San Juan tourist attractions, the ferry, restaurants, plazas. El Escambron beach is about 5 minutes by car. For the most part, the employees of the lidging were friendly and helpful. Except for one, Francis, who was unfriendly & rude. Room was good size, comfortable, & had all the basics.

Very friendly and informative staff. Room spotless and comfortable. This hotel is a great way to immerse in the local culture! There’s ample parking in a dedicated lot nearby. Beautiful murals along the street. We bought beer from the bodega at street level. Friday night was a karaoke street party 😃. Weekends can be noisy, so I advise ear plugs to sleep.
