    Reserved what I thought to be the two double beds but only had a full bead on a very narrow room. After an explanation I learned that there are only two rooms (deluxe rooms) matching the picture on the Travelocity website at a much higher price.

    Great location, excellent value at sale price

    Excellent value at sale rate. Excellent location, less than 100 meters from South exit of Himeji Station. High-end lfeel entering lobby, but our economy room was just typical Japanese business hotel class: a bit bigger than average, but small by Western standards; bathroom about typical J business class. Room was well-appointed, with nice amenties such as haird dryer and extra toiletries, hot water pot and complementary tea and bottled water. However, although room & entire floor was labeled as non-smoking, took several minutes of running a/c and using purifier/humidifier as well as spray freshener (both included) to get rid of cigarette smell.

    Clean but outdated. Good location.

    Hotel room was clean, but a bit outdated. For example: power plugs that were not located conveniently. The location of the hotel was very good, next to the train station and many options available nearby for all kinds of food in every price range. Hotel was able to grant early check-in, 3 hours before the official check-in time.
