Lancaster Location Lovely
Hotel is about what you'd expect for a 3 star hotel in London. Rooms are a bit cramped with not much space for 2 suitcases. Restaurant and bar area is good and breakfast is well stocked with plenty of choice. Hotel is well located and easy to get around with train stations an easy walk away as are pubs and cafes. Would stay here again.

You get what you pay for!
This hotel can be described by saying - you get what you pay for. The condition of the hotel was sub-par and are beds were very uncomfortable and need to be changed. BUT - this hotel had a 5 star location for tourists. It was easy access to the tube, across the street from Kensington Palace and Kensington gardens. We could walk to Harrod's and a few museums. The breakfast in the morning was great and it was nice to have a tasty English breakfast before our adventures. The service was awesome - we never had anything but excellence service including an early check-in and late check-out! If you are looking for somewhere affordable - the Lancaster Gate is a great place to stay!

Love Lancaster Gate. Located just off the Bays Water Rd and just a hop to the Central Line . The staff are very accommodating and the rooms are quite and comfortable.
