Welcome to this very comfortable, well-appointed, 5-bedroom, 2-bath, 1-story, 1824 sq. ft. home - just a short walk to Disneyland - with a private pool and spa where you can relax and be refreshed in between your various adventures.





The garage has been converted to a game room, and there are two tables for dining al fresco and a barbecue under a shaded patio - when meal making needs to be easy.





The living room has a large seating cluster where everyone can gather around a large flat screen TV to relax and reconnect. From here you can access the pool, spa, and covered patio, a dining area for 6, an additional shaded table for 4, a breakfast nook, and the modern kitchen that has all you need to create meals and snacks for everyone.





There are 5-bedrooms in this home starting with a king master bedroom that has an ensuite bath with a shower/tub combination. There are also and additional king guest bedroom and queen guest bedroom. The 4th bedroom has a single full bed and a twin over twin bunk bed, and the 5th bedroom has 2 sets of twin over twin bunk beds, so this home comfortably sleeps 10 in beds with a maximum occupancy of 10.





There is an additional shared bathroom with a large walk-in shower - and all bed and bathrooms are furnished with a generous supply of premiere linens to ensure you are comfortable at all times.





Additional amenities laundry units in the garage, WIFI and cable, and driveway parking is available for 2 large or 3 small vehicles only.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog.



Parking Notes: There are spots for 3 small vehicles or 2 large vehicles at this home. Do not block sidewalk or park on the street or you will be cited or fined by the city of Anaheim. Street

sweeping is every Thursday.




Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)



The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
