Nice place to stay but not when it is warm weather
Bed was very firm and room was very hot. Did not sleep well at all. It was lovely. Food was good. Service was great.

Room spacious, bed large and comfy, staff excellent, food nice though expensive.

Disappointing
Over priced for room, staff non-existent 7 had to hunt down someone to serve me several times. They did print out a workbook for me as I had forgotten to bring it with me but it as a hassle to get it. The room wasn't in the best condition & when I mentioned this to the receptionist the next morning all I got was "here is the managers card please email him"

Wouldn’t go back
They couldn’t find my reservation and allocated me a twin room, instead of a single occupancy double room. The basin was cracked, the loo needed multiple attempts to flush and the bath/shower was slow draining. The single bed was uncomfortable and the radiator hissed all night. The food was good, but the hotel and service are in need of a refurbishment.
