Cracked bog, rough road and poor service
The road leading to the hotel is in dire need of repair to fill in the potholes. The room was dark, the door slamming echoed in the corridors. The bathroom could have done with being cleaned properly and the toilet required to be replaced, it was cracked and tended to leak on the floor. The fire alarm being set off and nobody bother to check if the rooms were evacuated, or to inform anyone it was a false alarm. Poor housekeeping, had to request for extra towels at least two nights and had to go to the front desk twice one evening to request towels. there were lights in the room that did not work, no bulbs.

Could be a lot better
Stand-offish staff, not well managed...dusty rooms. The plumbing was awful, the shower barely worked. I wouldn't stay here again

Nice comfy stay
Good value for money in lovely privilege room. Plenty of space. Bath a little small what with rails but overall good. Would stay again. Grounds lovely and quiet area. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that.

Shocking service
Toilet was broken and when reported to the reception was told to keep jerking it till it flushes.

We found this to be a rather underwhelming , overpriced and disappointing hotel experience . We were kept awake by a wedding party who were allowed to carry on playing disco music until 1 am. It seemed to us that the hotel was large enough for us to have been placed, with a little foresight, in a room out of earshot of the wedding disco. The breakfast menu was minimal and overpriced ( not included in the price of the room ) and sadly not in any way tempting for us to partake of. No attempt was made,on check out, to find out whether our stay had been satisfactory.
