Staff was very friendly and really helpful when giving skiing advice. The room was nice and as shown in the photos. Area was beautiful and location of hotel was right in the middle of town so it made it easy to walk to everything. Overall a really great stay.

Overall a great hotel!
They don’t have the best view in town, and generally it’s better to stay outside of Chamonix than in the city if you’re hoping for a view. But this hotel is superb, great smiling staff and warm feeling overall, great facilities and beautiful design. It’s fantastic for kids, with lots of games and fun space. The food is very expensive and not justified for the price, but it’s tasty and good.

Not amazing not terrible
The hotel is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The front desk reception was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms are smaller than they look. We were told we couldn’t eat our store bought lunch in the lobby, which was frustrating. They asked us to eat on our balcony which only had one chair. Our room looked out over the parking area when rooms were available that overlooked the mountain range. Overall, it was a fine experience but we will probably look for a different spot next time we are in Chamonix.

Room with a view
We had a really nice time staying here. So close to the bus station!!! We had a laugh about an inappropriate image (use your imagination) that someone drew somehow in the paint on the wall. Not sure if any of the staff have noticed, but it was quite funny. Would stay here again.

Fun place
They have remodeled this hotel recently. Lots of common areas are on level 0. There is a room for kids there also. Very family friendly place. Our room was playfully decorated with animal and nature themes. My big problem was the lighting. I felt it was too dark. Not enough light given off by these accent lighting. The sink was too low also.
