The swimming pools are very good. We almost go swimming everyday. Most of the facilities are good. The environment looks beautiful and clear. The staff there are helpful and nice too. If you dont want to walk to your house, the stuff are willing to drive you there. We tried the breakfast one day in the trip. The breakfast are delicious and includes various type of cuisine but it may costs more compared than others. The only thing bad is the location requires you to take taxi to go out. I need to pay for THB＄200 for each time, which means THB $400 for going out and back.

The service here was amazing. I’ve never met people who were so nice. If you called and ask for something they would have it to you with in minutes and provided free rides into town to shop. It is pricey to eat and do activities in the hotel but we expected that before we got there because of the prices to stay there per night (when we looked into booking it separately saw the prices and decided orbitz package was the best option) Would definitely return to this resort

Perfect lush tropical surroundings
Really feel like you are in the tropics. Staff extremely gentle & helpful. Just a quick note, overhead rooms can be heard moving furniture around, also the air conditioner is strangely set, seems to go on/off at own will, not sure maybe set that way. The breakfast buffet has an amazing variety, suits all type of diets. Has a kids pool so you don’t have to feel like you’re in a kindergarten (😂),would definitely come back to stay.

Nice views and great staff
I stayed here for a week and one of the best things about this resort is the staff. If you get a chance get a massage in town then get a massage at this hotel. You will see an incredible difference. The food was wonderful

Excellent service!
We booked the Club room and it was so spacious and quiet. The bed was so comfy and there was BT soundbar for enjoying music! The Club service was excellent! We could enjoy nice breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails at the lounge with sea view! The staffs are very polite and helpful! Especially Mr Prateep who had been very nice to us, always welcoming us with big smile and good information :)
