From the pictures it looks like a new hotel but the structure is old. The hotel staff is very friendly, breakfast was decent but the hotel lacks clearness. You can see the carpet has not been truly vacuum. I would give a 3 for clearness and a 5 for staff friendliness and location.

...It's decent.
I really enjoy the AmericInn brand being a smaller and cozy hotel that offers free breakfast and parking. However this place is a bit outdated. The check-in process was smooth. The room however lacked much to be desired. The TV was discolored and batteries in the remote were dead. The fireplace in out suite did not work. The fridge still had the previous guest's used beverages in it. When speaking to the front desk they were not able to assist since she was the only one there. She told us to let the TV warm up for 10 minutes or hit the middle of the tv three times and it should fix the color. They ran out of items at breakfast as well and it was a weekday. There were also a few dead bugs as well. On the bright side...the hotel staff were very friendly, kid-friendly hotel, the king suite was nice and spacious, and the hotel was decorated with a beautiful Christmas tree in the lobby.
