The only complaint I have about this property is the foul smell around the resort due to black water. They should invest in eliminating that issue. We had to have dinner with that smell and it is disgusting.

Friendly and helpful staff at all times, the food delicious, excellent service at olivos restaurant, pool and bar and the whole staff very attentive, the only thing the bathroom was ugly needs maintenance the pillow bad smell, but they changed and the bed bad impression at arrival yellow spots, we asked for new, is a beautiful place but need a lot of maintenance and the towels very bad conditions.

Overall it was a nice place to stay. The food options and quality were average. They did not have the show for the children per their evening schedule, so that was disappointing. There a group of adults who were drinking in the ‘teen’ play room, so that also was not an option to allow the kids to hang out there.

Check in process was slow, a long line of people waiting and just 3 clerks doing the job. My reservation was for 2 queen beds but that doesn’t exists in the hotel, only full beds. Buffet options is huge so that is good but the quality of the food is too poor. At night was an amazing folkloric show, beautiful dance and good music, the staff is kind and collaborative

We were really impressed by the professionalism of the staff. Also, I want to add that I left my cellphone in the women’s bathroom. When I went back to get the phone it was gone. However, I was so surprised to find out that someone found my phone and returned it to the front desk. This is proof that not only is the property a great place to stay but it’s also safe. Kudos to the staff
