Fantastic Once Again!
We absolutely love this hotel, and stay here each time we are in Rome. The staff is exceptional, the rooms clean and comfortable, breakfast excellent, and the location superb. Pets are welcome, and the staff couldn’t be sweeter to our little guy. New to this hotel are smart phones in every room for the guests to use during their stay for internet AND international calls! For FREE! While we didn’t have the need to use this service, we can imagine it’s a big plus for many international guests. We have stayed several times on the trendy and fashionable (and expensive!) Via Veneto, and find this location to be superior. It is more residential, and within a short walk to many fine restaurants and shopping. It is also MUCH quieter. The hotel doesn’t offer spa services and 24-hr room service, but that’s really the only difference between it and the Via Veneto five stars. (Fully stocked mini bar, slipper, room service until 11:pm, multi-lingual staff with concierge service, bellmen, etc, can all be found at this hotel.) The only slight drawback is the limited parking. But we were lucky, and able to snag one of the hotel’s spots out front, and leave our car for the duration of our stay. No need for a car....this is Rome where taxis and public bikes abound!

Great clean hotel with space...bad gym
The hotel was nice. Comfortable room. Good customer service. Didn't like the gym. It was a weird placement because the people having happy hour could stare at you while you workout and they have wine! Awkward.
