Overall a 5 star review!
The Hampton was great with a few caviats. My wife and I figured out that we had stayed there for a couple nights about 5 years ago ion a trip to visit the cuyahoga falls national park. The bike trail right outside the building made it a perfect place to stay. This time we were there to visit old friends from the past! It was very clean, service was great, it is older but recently renovated so that was nice. The only downside was that the floors seemed noisy as you walk across the floor from bed to bathroom. It also made it noisy with the people upstairs because I think they are wood floors as opposed to concrete. The only other thing was that we were placed near the elevator which was great for convenience but bad for noise with people getting and getting off. And the last thing was that the power went out during breakfast so it made it hard to enjoy and all things were not available like the waffles or juice machine. But , other than that the sauces and egg and cheese bagels were very tasty. So overall I give them a 5 because most of the cons were not necessarily the hotels fault. Great choice for a weekend stay in the Akron/canton area!
