Great for a short overnight stay.
Thae hotel is great. A litlle to dark in lobby as well as room. Very nice little kitchen. But all in all very small room. For as small as rhe bedroom part is i dont think you need the kitchen as big. Bed was comfortable.

Staff was just okay. Surprised that no housekeeping done unless requested. Suite is with a mini fridge but no complimentary bottle of water for guests who just checked-in. We booked for a king-size bed but appears to be a twin-size bed in a tight room of the executive suite. For the price that we paid for 3 nights we would have been better off booking at a 5-star hotel. Location is fine but there are better hotels nearby. Don’t recommend …!

Small but clean, close to local attractions
Booked this room at the last minute because I needed a place to stay in downtown TO. Pros: Room was very clean. Staff was very courteous and was always in communication until my arrival. Room was a suite. On-site restaurant had a decent drink and food selection. Plenty of attractions nearby. There's a Tim's nearby for those who enjoy early coffee and you're slightly over 1.5 km from the CN Tower and the Jays stadium (I forget what they renamed it, and it will probably be renamed again by the time you read this review.) Up-to-date tech throughout the hotel Cons: The hotel was tough to find. They had a lit up sign for their restaurant but not for the hotel itself. Not a lot of room for the room itself, especially for a suite. I felt confined for a solo traveler, but it's going to be close quarters for two people. The hotel parking situation is valet-only and is $45 + fees, which makes it closer to $51 CDN. Take my advice: park three blocks away at underground garage by the Omni and save yourself about $33 CDN. The parking fees aren't mentioned in the hotel description, but they did let me know within minutes of booking.

Nice hotel, good location
A very nice hotel, good location. The night shift (over the weekend) should have 2 people on duty. There was a problem with a very loud party next door. The (female) front desk clerk was alone on Sat night and couldn't do much about it. The party ended at 3am. I parked at 80 Wellington street, paid $20 for overnight vs $45 valet charged at the hotel.
