Housekeeping went above and beyond to spruce up the room. Fancy towels and thoroughly clean. All the staff I encountered were awesome. Building is old and very worn. My balcony door had absolutely no latch or lock remaining. South end of dirty Myrtle, ya needs a lock or four. They expected a $100 deposit upon check in. I had no foreknowledge of this and that’s not good business

$100 cash at check in!!!!!!!!!
They made me go out and get $100 cash from an ATM machine at 10 pm for incidentals. no mention of this during my booking process. got back from ATM and the office was closed had to go next door and get in line 45minutes to check in. absolutely ridiculous. then they took $36 resort fee from the $100 that was not mentioned during the booking process. never again will i stay here.
