We are Disney enthusiasts (having grown up in SoCal with annual passes and stayed at many Disney hotels). That being said, we have high expectations. The NY Marvel hotel in Paris was nice but a bit disappointing. Both the pool and the gym were closed during our stay, the handheld shower head broke and was not fixed during our stay and the coffee at breakfast was bitter and disgusting. Overall, the hotel was very nice, conveniently located, very clean and the staff super friendly. It was the cumulative effect of a few smaller problems that made our stay less than magical.

Had an issue when we arrived as we had a sick child amd once we got to the room the AC was not working, the room was incredibly stuffy and would not cool below 78 degrees F, after 4 hrs of calling and going to the front desk multiple times, they simply said there is nothing they could do about it except offer us a fan, which we took but they never even came to the room to check it out as they said "maintence was done from a remote area" nor did they offer tk move us to a room with working AC. Our family members had the room right next to us and the AC worked great, unfortunately for us however it made for a miserable stay especially wirh a sick child.

Perfect place to stay a few minutes walk from Disney for 10 of us, 3 generations, 6 adults and 4 children aged 3-7. High staff ratio, never had to wait for anything in the hotel. Check in and check out were quick. When we arrived we left our luggage and headed straight to the parks. Our luggage was waiting for us in our 3 rooms on our return. Overall a fantastic stay and highly recommended.

We travel to Disney every year and decided to visit the marvel hotel before we transfered to Disney hotel. The stationary in the room was scribbled all over and the review cards were filled in already we had a 2 month old baby with us and there was noise on our floor we tried ringing reception and the phone didn't work when I went down to reception they said they would look into it but didn't feel it was dealt with and the noise continued reported it again to reception the next morning but no apologies or anything. Concierge staff were lovely with the kids and restaurant staff were lovely food was ok but for a 4 star hotel I definitely think the lesser star hotels offer more for the money and attentiveness
