We was only there for 4hrs to sleep and woke up to take showers and there was hairs in the sink, tub and the floor so we cancelled our reservation and still got charged 137.00 for nothing very upset

Rude Desk Staff. Will not be back
Check in went smoothly, but on 7/22 my fiance and I found a lizard in our room on the night stand. We let Brad at the front desk know that there was a critter in our room. He sent a woman from housekeeping to get it, but when she saw it she screamed and didn't get it. After waiting for quite some time, I went to the front desk again and asked to switch rooms since no one was willing to get the lizard. I was told the hotel was all booked. Brad told us that the lizard wasn't a big deal and shrugged his shoulders, but we explained to him that we weren't from the area and were not used to lizards in our room, by our bed. He said that he wasn't about to be in our room moving furniture for 2 hours to find it and that there were probably 20 other things in our room that we didn't know about. We explained that we paid our money for a room and expected that there would be no animals in it. Brad proceeded to tell us that technically we paid Expedia our money as if we deserved sub-par treatment because of that. After arguing back and forth with him and demanding to speak to a manager, Brad finally got up and went to our room, grabbed the lizard and got it out of there. It took him all of 2 minutes. I was appalled at how my fiance and I were treated and will not be back at this hotel. I hope Brad receives more training in dealing with issues involving customers. As a former hospitality worker, I would have never spoken to a guest the way that we were spoken to.
