BEWARE OF BUGS AND FILTHY ROOM
The room was awfully filthy ...when we walked in it there was 4-5 flies flying around...elm seed bugs were on the window sill and on the curtain...dead flies on one of the bedspreads...the bathroom had paint peeling off the wall...the air conditioner unit had mold and a lot of dirt build up. We went to Target and bought a fly sweater and Lysol spray and came back and killed the flies and bugs sprayed everything with a thick coat of Lysol...this is supposed to be a non smoking place but almost everyone staying there was smoking just right outside their rooms...even the maids were smoking...there is a sign posted that you may smoke but you have to be 25 ft away from the premise...no one was obeying the sign or no one enforced it either. The WiFi didn't work in the room had to go to the office to use it. We ended up sleeping on our own blankets and didn't bring anything else into the room...there was no use in complaining all the rooms were in that shape...and we knew that we got what we paid for...$75 for the night...it was our faults for being cheap...we didn't eat breakfast...we were afraid after what the room looked like. We were going to let the day clerk know but she had a customer already in front of us who had been over charged and she was trying take care of that matter. We will never stay at a Guest House Inn again! I would give it less than A ONE!!!

Every day there was something missing at the breakfast table, and when the hotel people was told, they did nothing.

Cheap Hotel... but wish we'd spent more elsewhere
We won't be staying here again. Their version of free WiFi is kind of a joke. When you log into it, it's so spotty that it takes several minutes to load a page and sometimes can't even load one at all. The free continental breakfast was sub par at best. I'd recommend you go out over eating there. The room was interesting. .. the pillows were flat and all of 1" in thickness. Our bedspread had a huge tear in it, and the blankets were stained. The AC unit had 2 settings...High or low. That's it. So we turned it on until it was Antarctica, then shut it off, only to wake up in Africa. All in all, I very much disliked this place.
