Plenty of amenities for the price
The kid's area of the pool is not as nice as it was when it was first refurbished. There's missing parts, and the big plastic water buckets are cracking and ready cut some kid open. One of them can easily be taken off, which could crush a little kid if it's full of water. The hot tub and is nice, the slide is really fast and fun for older kids, and the chairs and tables are decent. The room was pretty clean, but we did find a slice of pizza way under the bed. Who knows how long it's been there. Service was good, the cleaner forgot blankets when they changed the bed and front desk worker brought them right up. The courtyard is nice, but we didn't use it. Breakfast was ok.

We booked this hotel for the swimming area and the gym. Almost everything in the workout room was broken. I ended up just spending a few minutes on the outdated treadmill and went back to my room. The swimming area looks pretty cool for a family with children, but don't let the pictures fool you. It is not worth your money to stay there. The pool wreaked of chorine. There is something definitely wrong with the pool area. It is so strong that all of the children were coughing, some we're throwing up, my lungs hurt just from breathing, and my husband had tears running down his face because his eyes were burning so bad. All of this with being in the room 15 minutes. We left and went out for dinner (my daughter stopped coughing as soon as we left the hotel) and then decided to try again later since that was the main reason for booking. We went back later and it was the same thing. Even with only 5 people in the pool area we we're all coughing and couldn't stay for more than 30 minutes. We will not stay again nor recommend to anyone.

The hotel had a very strong chlorine smell. Their ventilation system wasn’t working properly so the whole hotel smelled like chlorine.
