Cool old hotel but not super comfortable
The hotel was quaint and was in a great location on the island. But the room was hot (no air conditioning) and we didn’t want to leave the window open because people could walk right by our window and see into the room. There were also no screens on the window, so we had tons of bugs in the room.

Way over rated!
It was ok but nothing to talk about. The only thing that made up for stay was the view because i paid extra for it. OLD! outdated and needs updates unclinding carpets. Way over rated and forget their famous omelette restaurant.Rude staff at the restaurant when you spend $100 for 2 omelettes. The perfect trap for tourist!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. It was very convenient to be on the island with the abbey. We were able to walk the streets without all of the crowds. It was like staying in a novel.

Where's my hotel? Right as you enter the city!!!
Amazing location! Didn't know if it was safe to be on ground level and have a window wide open for comfort. We needed a shuttle in the a.m. at 6:30 the next day. Concierge was unable to reach anyone upon arrival. We have limited french. We had to WALK back to the parking area.

Fix your sink, it’s constantly backing up. You need to clean the pipes. Also, clean the kettle. It has a very nasty smell (most likely hasn’t been cleaned in a while).

Wonderful location. Helpful staff. I’d like to especially thank Olivia. She was very very helpful and hospitable. Side note: skip the restaurant attached to the hotel. Food is expensive, staff surly, bad service, food not cooked per request, lots of flies.
