We were very impressed with everything about our stay here! The staff was very helpful and friendly, we were able to reserve a time to use the pool and hot tub, our room was very clean and spacious, and the breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be back when in the area!

From the moment we checked in, we were comfortable. The staff was helpful and attentive and able to answer the questions we had. We were also impressed with the cleanliness of our room. We plan to visit Laramie again and we will definitely reserve a room at the Hampton Inn.

We enjoyed our stay until we spilled some water on the floor of our room. When I took some napkins and wiped it up I was shocked to see how filthy dirty the floor was. The napkins were black with dirt! They must dust the floor but they don’t wash the floors. I wiped the bathroom floor and noticed that it was also dirty but not as bad as the other room. Shouldn’t this be part of the “sanitizing” of the room? Maybe not every day but at least once a week would make a difference.

The hotel was very clean and had “sealed” our room to indicate it had been sanitized. Staff was friendly and our stay was uneventful. (That’s good!) the only disappointment was the temp of the water in the pool which was COLD, well, we were warned.
