These NEW construction units are perfectly located in the heart of Sheridan Wyoming. These dwellings have a wonder full kitchens, open layouts to the dining and living room area, total 4 queen bed rooms (EACH with a private bathroom, and an additional guest bathroom! Keep reading to learn more about the unbeatable location and features!

Entering you will be welcomed by a modern spacious entryway with space for jackets and shoes, leading into the spacious living room, followed by a dining room, and lastly the modern full kitchen with a charming island in both units! You will find space to relax and watch T.V or head upstairs to get some rest in either comfy queen bedroom! This is great for groups or large families looking to stay together, while still have privacy!

You’ll be close to everything in Sheridan, but private enough in this studio to enjoy a relaxing Wyoming retreat!⛰

The Space:

Starting at either front door, you will have full access and use of both unit 823 & 825, 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there are electronic locks, so there are no keys to keep up with! There are only a few steps required to enter each unit!

Both have modern open layout living rooms, dining and kitchens + guest baths on the main level! Upstairs features 2 queen bedrooms with private baths and the washer and dryer, in each unit! The spacious living room area, charming kitchen islands, patios + AN UNBEATABLE LOCATION will make your stay highly memorable!

Truly a prime spot for you and your family to enjoy your stay!

We welcome you to come enjoy your retreat in these spacious and perfectly located modern 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath units. Here you will feel in the heart of WyHOMEing while being perfectly located to the communities attractions and experiences.

Guest Access:

At this convenient modern total 4 bedroom 6 bathroom dual unit stay, you will be able to enjoy keyless entry provided, no need to stress about keys! The entry codes provided upon check in! ( This is changed remotely so you can rest assured you are in a safe home!)

Guests will have access to both of the entire 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom units!! You and your family or friends will find yourself with an abundance of space and privacy!

(Please note, there are units downstairs as well as next door of 825, they understand stomping and late night noise is not allowed, if you run into any issues with this at all please simply text us and we will see to it this is addressed immediately, although it is in confidence not to be expected. )

The Neighborhood:

When we say convenient, we mean it! These central modern units are really only steps from the very best Sheridan has to offer, come enjoy only being a short walk to downtown! Downtown you will find great antique stores, wine bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shopping are all a short distance away. Stroll the area, or enjoy hiking the trails or the park down the street!

Red-grade Road is a popular route up the mountain face, open in the spring and summer season although closed to cars in the winter.

If you still want to see the mountains but prefer less rugged or are traveling in a 2WD vehicle, head up above Dayton, Wy to find a highway leading right to lake Sibley, Steamboat Rock and much more!

Museums and

historic landmarks fill the area with an award winning golf course only 10 minutes away!

Getting Around:

Sheridan Wyoming is a perfect sized community, although you can walk to many locations sometimes a drive is preferred. You will find most attractions are under 10 minutes away, some 30-60 minutes, but well worth the scenic drive! Museums and incredible restaurants, kendrick park and more are all within walking distance!

With only a short drive or walk you can enjoy all of the food, activities, breweries and attractions Sheridan has to offer!

If the nightlife is not your go-to cozy up on the couch or chairs in the living room near the fireplace and read a book or watch your favorite show downstairs and order food through the tablet, while enjoying Wyoming.

Other Things to Note:

Please note the neighbors are incredibly friendly, you are staying in a very safe and friendly neighborhood, you will have 100% privacy of both unit 823 and 825. There is a downstairs unit below each, as well as next door of 825. Please note these are BRAND NEW construction, so the sound is very minimal from the other units.

Please note that this house has been thoroughly disinfected after each guest for your comfort and safety with all CDC recommended guidelines followed strictly.

For parking at this property you may park in front the unit or on the street, for 2-4 cars/trucks.

If you have a trailer there is parking at the end of the block, a parking garage at the bank near by, or you may park it on the street in front or near the home, just please be mindful of the neighbors.

Be SURE the neighbors have a clear line of sight out of their driveways, thank you!
