Everything was great from start to finish
The premises are well kept and in good condition. The staff does their best make you feel welcome. We really enjoyed the views on the restaurants and it's close a beach that offers the best sunset. Pool beds are great for relaxing. We enjoyed our stay very much and will surely come back.

après avoir marché 2km parus 5 sur des chemins de sable / gadoue, nous étions ravis d’être accueillis dans ce joli hôtel bien agencé Jolie Piscine, beach club Par contre le personnel n’est pas toujours très agréable, le room service est à bannir (plus d’1h40 pour 2 pizzas à 30$) et le petit dej n’a rien de continental

Nice but challenging
This grounds are nice, the rooms are nice, the staff was nice but very slow. The food is not good at all. It is far from town which wouldn’t have been as big a deal if the streets were not flooded the whole time we were there which made it hard to walk to town and getting a taxi was a challenge.

Amazing Stay
Wonderful property, fantastic food, but your greatest asset is your staff. Genuinely warm and lovely people. If I have one piece of advice it would be to please replenish water in the rooms every day. The nearest supermarket was a 20m walk, it would be a nice courtesy to your guests.

Understand you are not near ANYTHING !
The photos were incredible and this is what drew me to this property. We made it to the ferry dock & found out from the taxi's there were only certain taxis that would take us. We had to use a CanAm taxi. 400 pesos each way. We soon found out why. The entire end of the island was flooded. We had to raise our feet on each ride due to the CanAm cab flooding driving through the water. We checked into an upgraded swim-up room & the AC was dead. We had to move. The next room was nice. It had its own small pool, not connected to the main one. The Hotel has one restaurant, not two. The menu is small. We were there for 5 days & we had to go to town every day to eat. This was 400 pesos each way & on one trip 500 pesos. At least twice a day. The hotel should have had its own taxi to shuttle people to town. The first night we were told they were trying to get one & on the last day, the hotel green CanAm pulled up& I asked what is that? It is for shuttling food. The property is VERY New & the power goes off multiple times in a night. The Pool is a cool design but part of the stone on the edge fell off, see my photos and it was not replaced. The walkways are painted and the paint is already coming off. Mosquitoes are BAD. Do not go outside without bug spray. This hotel is built into a mangrove. The hotel charges a surprise fee at checkout. I HATE hidden fees. The design of this property is spectacular and I am sure one day they will get it together.
