Great stay, would do it again.
Our stay overall was great. I'd certainly come back. The staff were very helpful and friendly and made the stay even better. We showed up and found out there were few ground level options available for our booking. I have mobility problems and found out there was no elevator. Amazingly my room was upgraded and very close to the lobby which made it very easy to get our stuff inside. I am very grateful for that. It is an older hotel and there were little things that needed attention, like the curtain pull rod not being attached on one side, and some carpet damage. But honestly, it wasn't a big deal considering all of the stuff that one expects to work, worked. If I could make one suggestion, it would be to add more lighting to the parking area. I couldn't help but feel a bit concerned by some of the individuals roaming around. We really enjoyed our stay, breakfast was great and well stocked. We were also given recommendations on local restaurants which worked out well. The bed was comfortable, the furniture was also comfy and solid. Everything was clean and there were no funky smells. The window was facing a courtyard so our room was nice and quiet which was a big plus. The woman cleaning the rooms was nice and attentive as well. Thank you for hosting us!

The hotel needs to be refurbished. The couch and chair are shabby, soiled and have holes in the fabric. The carpet is filthy. The employees at the front desk are great. They are friendly and very helpful.

Staff is pleasant and helpful, but hotel wasn't
If you read this and still stay there, you deserve what you get. The staff at check-in, during the stay, & at checkout were all pleasant and helpful & were the only thing good about this hotel other than location. First, there are no elevators. Not always a big deal, & desk did offer to find a room on the main floor but wouldn't have the large tub. When traveling, you generally have some luggage - who thinks to build a hotel and leave this "amenity" out?! We climbed the stairs to our room and while walking down the hallway noticed the floor was slanted. It wasn't just the funky carpet pattern, it's really not level. The room was large. It had a king sized bed, a love seat that made into a bed, a jetted tub, & the tiniest bathroom I'd been in. Really, aside from the shower stall in there I've been in larger public restroom stalls bigger than that. Even my daughter, who is a small girl, had a hard time getting in and shutting the door. Getting dressed or changed in there was no small feat. The love seat was already made up with sheets. This is a little gross to me - how many guests have stayed there with those sheets on the sleeper? The king bed was hard & uncomfortable, leaving me with shoulder pain for 2 days. The room keys didnt work consistently. One would work on the room door, & one would work on the fitness room door, but none (not even 3rd one I got) would work on the pool. Breakfast was fine, but nothing to get excited about.
