The heater in the room only blew cold air, and when we returned to our room saturday evening the fire alarm strobe light in our room and bathroom was going off. Nobody knew how to shut it off. Instead od offering us us another room, they completely forgot about us and brushed it under the rug. The next morning i informed the new front desk clerk and he was very apologetic however that didnt bring back the loss of sleep from the bright blinking light all night.

Hotel was great. Only downfall was the pool was shut down and we kept being told it would open up soon. My daughters was upset because they couldn’t swim.

I had a pretty disappointing stay here during a business trip. I arrived around 10 PM to check in and there were no parking spots available in the hotel lot. I drove around the building and noticed multiple construction containers, trucks, and materials taking up areas that would normally be used for parking. When I asked the front desk, I was told it was okay to park in the handicap section, which didn’t feel like an appropriate solution. The room itself felt very dated and worn, and it was clear the property is undergoing a remodel. The elevators were also dirty, and during the day there was constant construction noise—drilling and hammering—which made it difficult to work from the room. Breakfast was another letdown: the chicken sausage was dry and rubbery, and the coffee was poor. Overall, there was very little positive about this stay, and I would not return.

The hotel room was a little dated. Holes in the bathroom wall, shower head not great, and one of the carpet floor tiles was exposed to the floor. The carpet in the hallways was also bubbled in places which could cause a fall risk

It was a nice stay. Friendly, helpful staff and good breakfast. None of the smoothies that are in the pictures, but still nice. The beds left a little to be desired and the smallish pool room was stifling hot, smelled funny, and the water was cold. But we still swam!
