Sneak... Sneaky... Sneaky
I got to the Grandview late at night after a long, long drive from out of state. I was not happy to wake up in the morning and find that part of the paperwork I filled out the night before included extra charges for a sales pitch regarding time shares. Of course I was not going to go to that, they scheduled it for a time I wasn't going to be there anyway but I ended up paying a "deposit" to "hold my reservation" for this sales breakfast/meeting I didn't go to or have any interest in at all. The papers were hidden in the parking pass papers, so just signing here and signing there, I got a surprise agreement to pay extra to be part of a sales meeting... not so happy. That being said, if I did have any interest in timeshares I wouldn't hate it here. The rooms are 1-bedroom apartments - obviously, because they are future timeshares. I liked that there were two entrances into the rooms so your door isn't in the hallway, it was much more private and quiet. I heard no noise at all while I was there. It was very clean with in-room laundry, kitchen, living, dining, and a soaker tub that was fabulous. The king bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large. The kitchen was fully functional and fully stocked with dishes, cookware, even a blender. The furnishings were modern and comfortable. I was very impressed with the accommodations as well as the more quiet end of Vegas Blvd. There were nearby grocery and restaurant options.

Great place but
It was a very plaesant short stay. Facility was clean and quiet. Only complaint was spent time with timeshare sales people.
