THE KNOT TOKYO Shinjuku, Tokyo
good location and trendy hotel
The room is a bit small but at a very good location

Definitely get the breakfast included plan because it’s pretty good. Overall style/aesthetic of the hotel is really nice. My only complaint was the shower curtain in our room was dirty when we got there.

THE KNOT TOKYO Shinjuku, Tokyo
Small but luxe
The hotel was great, the common area in the lobby was very clean and had a really fun vibe. There were families, couples, and business travelers. There was a really nice bakery and restaurant on the first floor as well. The location was a little far from any significant train location about 25 minute walk (or 10-15 minute taxi) but overall there were many restaurants, bars, and coffee shops within the area -- the walk was to a major train station so not terrible. We would certainly stay again but would request a larger room. For Japanese standards the room was a good size but for a couple traveling throughout Japan for two weeks we needed a bit more space than the standard double offered. The restroom was nice and offered all the necessary amenities. The room also had a hot water pot, robes, slippers, and a few extra touches that made it feel luxe.
