Ambassador hotel is resort for bed bugs
I recognize that bed bugs are everywhere in the world and can be in any hotel. And I have been bit before but at least when I had told those 2 hotels they both took it seriously they had a manager calmly talk to me washed my clothes sent me information on how to make sure I didn't take them with me. This manager made me go to the room and show him where the bed bugs were. If I had a bed bug sensor darlin then I'd know not to stay at your hotel. So I got there and sheets had been taken off, every chamber maid knows that sometimes on sheets you can see the small drips of blood so perhaps when the managet called her before we went up she knew the procedure. Look through the mattress to find it but not under the mattress or bass boards or cracks of bed frame. There for I knew the manager nor the cleaning staff were properly trained. I said since your not refunding me for the night I am not staying can you board off this room for the exterminator to come in and kill them. He said no it's done once a week. Uhm so I informed him then I'd have to let the  public know so perhaps they can avoid room 647 or perhaps the whole floor until they do the "weekly fuming". This hotel also doesn't have AC as it has never been cleaned and works like a fan now. The shower head and drain could use some CLR and the mattresses could use some replacing besides the bed bugs living in them is probably the only thing keeping them together.

This hotel was shockingly different from what I expected. The pictures posted do not reflect the state of what the hotel is in currently. The room I was given was small and smelled like curry and a strong cleaning agent. I was shocked. The door was frail and had a CHAIN LOCK. I immediately went downstairs and asked for a change even though at that point I was really sad about my decision to stay here. They were really nice to me and upgraded me to a suite but it was barely better. The ceiling was low and the room felt like it was in a basement. One of the couches had several visible white stains on them, I assumed a bodily liquid. The shower was either extremly cold or extremly scalding as well as having stains in the ceiling. The corners of the room had crumbles of dust or I'm not sure. The only place that was actually clean in the room was the sheets on the bed. I had to psyche myself into taking a shower everyday because of how dirty the tub was. For example the shower curtain had yellow stains all along the bottom of it. The fridge was kind of a joke. Every appliance was several years old obviously. To be honest having to use a chain link to lock myself in at night should give you an idea of the establishment. The rest of the hotel is spacious and resort like which is why I was lulled into staying there but the rooms are a nightmare. I researched changing hotels and/or getting an earlier flight back because of how disgusted and sad I was by choosing this hotel but couldnt

It is not a hotel
This is the worst accommodation I ever had in my experience of travel. I can't believe this supposed to be a hotel. Their staff basically are rude and impolite, they don't know what is the meaning of service or manner. They don't know the words 'Please' or 'Thank you', they love to shout to guest. When I checked in to the hotel, they arrange me to the wrong room as I booked twin bed but I got a double bed room; and a smoking room at the result became non-smoking. When I call to front desk to follow up these, they are not willing to help and they THREATEN me verbally and said they can do nothing upon my request. It's ridiculous. Their rooms are very dirty and they don't refill toiletries. A lot of stains in the bathroom with bad smell. Their wifi is extremely slow so that you can't use it as internet connection. The building is huge but seems lack of maintenance. When I go to the buffet breakfast, I felt like in a refugees camp. I can't find a seat and everyone snatching food, or if you can find some food and a seat lucky. If you leave your seat for 10 seconds, everything will gone. Unbelievable. I had never ever imagine these could be happened in a hotel. I was so sad to stay there for my vacation. Many hostel are much more better. At least, hostel staff understand what is manner.

Terrible staffs and condition of the hotel
We booked the non smoking room with double bed and went hotel. I don't know the name of the staff who did check in for us on 17th August. cuz he didn't wear the name tag. The male staff was not friendly and sounded very upset with work. And he didn't even tell us where we can have Breakfast for next morning and just passed the room key to us. So we went up and it had twin beds instead of double bed as we requested on booking. Also it was full of ciggie smell in the room which was obviously Non smoking room(room 208) so we rang the reception to change the room and the same gay said that he can't change because there was no room avaiable and he just said on the phone that he will send someone to change the bed to the double bed. And also there was no shower towels too when we noticed that. Next morning the water was absolutely yellow colour and dirty disgusting which is not alright so we had to brush with complimentary bottled waters. And couldn't even shower with that water!!!!we had such an amazing trip in thailand and so appreciate all kind people there. It was Just full of misery service from them in our last day in Bangkok. Never ever recomend!!!!!!! The staffs are extremely rude !!! Especially the tall male staff with long hair! They have to train staffs for the service!!!!

?able Establishments Operating On Its Property
Back in November 2016, I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and the front desk staff with the distinguish hairstyle forgot to return my security deposit and other front desk agent lacks the details oriented when I checked-in as I had to go back there again after I was in the room. I had numerous communication with the assistant GM afterward and he wanted me to pay for the service charges for Western Union transfer. I didn’t expect this from a 4 star hotel and the worst it was his staff made the error. I made the reservation at this hotel hoping for a free upgrade and buffet dinner for the 3 nights stays. I didn’t receive anything for my loyalty. The good things about this hotel were some of the staff, the swimming pool and location; however, there are numerous improvement needs to be corrected such as the air conditioning (AC) in the room, I had to change the room after maintenance person could not fixed the AC and the second room wasn’t any better, it seems there was central controller. It was much cooler in the hallway and the lobby. On one occasion I picked up the key at the front desk, the staff gave me the wrong key to my room and failed to ask for my name and show ID. Some staff asked and others didn’t. The way they operate they would not take responsibilities for anything although it’s their mistake. This wasn’t a family friendly hotel when there were questionable establishments operating on its property and get harass by them and hookers after 9 pm.
