Weekend Getaway
My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay at the Hound's Tooth Inn. From the moment we arrived we loved the warm and welcoming feel of this place. Amy was an awesome hostess and was very talkative and helpful with any question or concerns we had. We absolutely loved the wine and cheese reception in the evening which gave us an opportunity to chat with other guest. The made to order breakfast was fantastic! We especially loved he morning mac and cheese and the caramel walnut pancakes. We definitely will return to this quaint and charming little bed and breakfast! Thank you Amy again for your wonderful hospitality!

A Phenomenal Hotel Stay
We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Hounds Tooth Inn - it isn't easy to choose highlights, but I'll try. Check in was smooth and easy, with friendly, attentive staff. Our room featured a large, comfortable bed, a huge, jetted tub and a two-headed walk-in shower - all of which were nice to come back to after hiking in Yosemite all day. The nightly Wine Reception was a high point for us (we went all three nights we stayed) with several wines, light snacks and good conversation with the other guests. The breakfast was another high point - each morning we were given a choice of made-to-order items, all of which tasted great. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. We will be back!

Perfect stay
Amy, the manager, was amazing! She always went the extra mile to help us out during our stay. The room was big, clean and comfortable. She cooked sticky buns for breakfast that were delicious. The breakfast was very good. To sum up a perfect host and a lovely stay. Definitely would stay there again.

A Perfect Innkeeper for A Lovely B&B
We arrived, tired after 2 long flights, car rental and an hour plus drive. Even though we were an hour early for check-in, Amy immediately offered a glass of wine and a comfortable couch. What a nice beginning to an overnight stay. She was all about hospitality and welcoming her guests. Our room was warm and inviting with many personal touches. We enjoyed a wine, meat, cheese and nibblies party before turning in. The next morning we helped ourselves to coffee in the community room since we were on East Coast time, 3:00a.m. Oakhurst time. Amy had breakfast laid out before 7:00 since we all wanted to get early starts. Yosemite entrance is less than 30 minutes away. She even made us individual breakfasts to go along with all the fruits, muffins, etc.. We were totally delighted with the level of care at Hounds Tooth Inn. The Inn's design is well done, but Amy brings warm and charm to this lovely Bed and Breakfast. A Must-Stay Inn if you are going to Yosemite.
