Nice quiet resort, OK food
The resort itself was nice; it had amazing views of the sea and the staff was very friendly. The swim-up bar at the pool was probably one of my favorite features. The service was great and the drinks were phenomenal. The food overall was ok; I would recommend either going out for food or buying food from the grocery store. This resort seemed to cater to an older customer base (which is good if you’re looking for a quiet resort and nothing too rowdy). The resort is only ~15min from the Cancun airport and about 20-25min from downtown. There are shuttle nearby which can take you downtown or to the sister resorts, but would recommend having a rental car.

2/10 Poor

Unsafe Property
Unfortunately I will not be recommending this Hotel to anyone and would like for everyone to be aware of the lack of attention to a dangerous situation. My family and I visited for spring break 2023. While my 11 yr old son attempted to enjoy the pool, a man approached him and became too close and personal with him however I intervened and askes my son to step out of the pool. My son moved over to the other side of the pool, far away from him, and this same man followed him, began bullying him, cursing at him and terrorized him. I called for a supervisor and the supervisor only said he would talk to him however he specifically said “Im not going to do it in public”. We immediately made our way back to our room and this Man decided to follow us, yelling obscenities but thankfully a female stopped him while the hotel supercisor just watched from a far, but we were able to get back to our room safe. At this point my son is in tremor and worried he will find out our room number and continue his aggressive behaviors. I called the front office and spoke to the supervisor who confirmed that the man was intoxicated and aggressive however he had already spoke to him about leaving us alone. I explained my son’s worries and expressed we were afraid to leave our room for the rest of our stay. The supervisor only said not to worry and to continue as if nothing had happened. The supervisor failed to help me identify security and their station in the Hotel. The supervisor suggested to just t

Definite repeater
Overall this is a place for families of all ages. Our rooms- 4385 a&b, adjoining suites that were laid out very nicely. The larger side, the king suite, had a round glass table with 6-8 chairs, 2 cushioned chairs, 1 sofa, 2 twin size Murphy beds, and the full size kitchen all in one space. Then a door lead into the sink area, and off that you could access the king bedroom, bathtub and toilet, or a large wall in closet large enough for a portable crib to fit into. They did have a safe in each room. Kitchen: Bring your own food it’s expensive on site. For 7 oranges, 3 liters of water, 1 bag of bagels and 1 chocolate bar we paid $32 USD. The kitchens were nice for cooking, easily 2 people could cook or prep food at once, out of the way of the rest of the apartment. Well outfitted kitchens in the king 1 bedroom suites. The smaller of the two rooms, the 2 queen room (think this was side b?) only had a mini fridge with coffee maker and no space to prep food. The beds: Very firm. We used all the spare blankets they had and stayed warm enough but the standard bedding is a piece of satin fabric on top of the sheets. The ocean: Beautiful but not usable with a toddler. Adults went out maybe 3 feet and were nearly knocked over. If you want ocean for the kiddos go north to playa langosta or playa tortuga or go south to another town like puerto Morelos. Pools: Why people come here. Lots of lounge chairs (gotta get out there early to get some). The towels are free

Nice Smaller Resort with Excellent Staff
Great size rooms, easy beach access, nice pool with swim up bar, small convenience shop on-site, lack luster dinning and drinks. The rooms are dated but in good condition with nice patios.

4/10 Fair

The rooms and hotel are nice, and the staff are really good at customer service. However, there isn't enough space for everyone staying there to use the pool and beach. Everyone claims a spot at 3:00 in the morning and then leaves for the day or goes back to sleep or whatever. There are tons of staked out spaces and no one using them. For guests who actually want to use the facilities, there's no room unless you get a spot in the middle of the night. That is just ridiculous and unfair. We had a nice time, but we will never return to this hotel.
